The Twokel is an undead created by animating two wisard skulls, converting their souls to pure arcane energy.

Traits

True arcane magic. When the Twokel casts a spell that does damage, the spells normal damage type is replaced with Force damage.

Arcane soul. When the Twokel starts its turn in a anti-magic zone it takes 3d10 damage. Aditionally, if Dispel Magic or a similar spell is cast on the Twokel, it takes a number of d10s equl to the level of the spellslot used.

Two heads. The Twokel has an extra reaction, which can be used only for atacking. Aditionaly, the Twokel rolls for inisitive twice, takining a turn on each.

Actions

Arcane Explotion. One of the heads begians to chant in Arcanel. When this action is taken twice and both heads are chanting, bright streak flashes from the Twokels pointing finger to a point it choose within range, blossoming with a low roar into an explosion of pure arcane energy. Each creature in a 20-foot radius sphere centered on that point must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 8d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Once the Twokel succesfuly uses Arcane , it can not do agian for another 24 hours. If the Twokel takes damage while chanting, it makes a constitution saving throw as if concentrating on a spell. On a failed save, it stops chanting.

Arcane Burst. Melee or Ranged Attack Roll: +6, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) Force damage.
